I am Ninna, an educator, trainer, yoga teacher and a coach (M.Sc) and I offer personal coaching, classes and workshops that support your wellbeing and health, from an empowering and deeply transformative angle.

Peace with the body is the key to live a balanced life, to avoid many troubles and pains and to be truly connected with your true self and other people. A healthy and nourishing relationship with your body can seem unattainable in a world that teaches us to measure, compare and compete – a world where exercise can feel like an obligation or a punishment and your body an enemy. However, body peace is everyone’s right and you deserve it.
