As a coach, an educator and a yoga teacher, I offer a range of services that aim to empower individuals and communities in their journey towards optimal being, happiness and body-peace. My approach is strongly based in honoring the wisdom of the body, nurturing the body-mind connection, and recognizing the inherent value of each person’s unique experiences, intertwined closely with evidence-based practice and sport sciences.

I believe that true wellbeing goes way beyond mere physical health. It encompasses emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects as well. I believe that your body has an innate intelligence that knows what it needs to thrive. By getting to know your body, learning to trust and understand its signals, it is easy to make choices that align with its needs. A strong body-mind connection is the key to finding balance, health and harmony, living a fullfilling life, having authentic relationships and to thrive in your own truth.
Through personalized coaching sessions, classes, workshops and closed group settings I help people to connect with their inner self, identify their core values, set meaningful goals and make achieving them easier than you could ever imagine. By aligning your actions with your authentic self, you can experience a greater sense of purpose, fulfillment, and overall wellbeing. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, manage stress, or enhance your body image, I provide personalized guidance and support. From me you won’t get ready-made fitness programs or quick solutions, but a companion who will guide you in your path, step by step.
An Evidence-Based Approach
While my coaching is deeply rooted in the inner knowledge of the self, it is also strongly evidence-based in multi-disciplinary science. My academic foundation is in pedagogy, so I can promise that learning with me is always efficient and long-lasting. In addition, my degree in sport sciences allows me to deeply understand different physiological exercise responses, which guarantees the right choices in the development of physical performance. I have a broad understanding of the diverse needs of people of different age groups, the most common health challenges of working-age people, the power of hormonal cyclicity, and more. However, scientific facts in coaching do not mean harshness or strict rules, but a solid foundation on which you can build your own well-being journey.
Whether it’s developing personalized goals and plans, addressing specific health concerns, or recovering from an injury, this evidence-based approach ensures that my clients receive the highest and safest quality of care. I stay informed about the latest research and incorporate it into my practices, empowering you to make informed decisions about your health and wellbeing. At the same time, I am aware of the limits of my own competence. I am more than happy to guide you to a highly qualified professional in my own broad network when needed.
